To purchase an investment property you will need:

• A property description that includes the sale listing and pictures
• the current property revenue including the rent roll
• Operating statements for the past 3 years
• net work statement of everyone that will be on title. A credit check will be necessary
• Will the building be owner occupied?

Once a term sheet is issued you will require an approved appraisal and possibly an environmental certificate.

Construction financing requires additional information
